Warranty

Every MYGOCOFFEE product is built to last and backed by our manufacturer's warranty. We stand behind the quality of everything we make.
12-Month Warranty
All MYGOCOFFEE coffee makers are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.
Repair or Replace
We will repair or replace any defective unit at no charge during the warranty period.
Accessories — 6 Months
Accessories including travel cases, bike mounts, brewing stands, and water flasks carry a 6-month warranty.
Consumables Excluded
Consumable items such as coffee capsules and filters are excluded from warranty coverage.
What's Covered
Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. This includes:
- Manufacturing defects in the heating element or pump
- Battery or charging port failures under normal use
- Structural defects in the housing or sealing components
- Malfunctioning buttons or indicator lights
- Any component that fails to perform as intended during normal use
What's Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents
- Use with non-recommended power sources or accessories
- Unauthorised modifications or repairs
- Cosmetic damage such as scratches or dents
- Damage from exposure to extreme temperatures or liquids
- Products purchased from unauthorised resellers
How to Make a Claim
Step 1 — Contact Us
Email mygocoffee.store@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video showing the defect. Our team will review your claim within 2 business days.
Step 2 — Diagnosis
In some cases we may ask you to send the product to our Sydney service centre for inspection. Return shipping for valid warranty claims is covered by MYGOCOFFEE for Australian customers.
Step 3 — Resolution
Once the defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion and return it to you free of charge, or issue a full refund if a replacement is unavailable.
Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have products repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. These warranty terms are in addition to, and do not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
