Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Times may vary during peak periods and public holidays.
Order Processing
Processing Time
Orders placed before 12:00 pm AEST on business days are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm or on weekends and public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. You can track your order directly on the carrier's website or through the link provided in your email.
Customs and Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping fees. MYGOCOFFEE has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Returns and Refunds
30-Day Returns
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Sale items and opened capsule orders are non-returnable.
How to Return
To initiate a return, email us at mygocoffee.store@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return shipping label for Australian orders. International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
